Day 22: Lake Šator to Sarajevo, 320km

Day 22 - Lake Šator to Sarajevo, 320km
Made it to the capital, where I'm staying with friends until Monday.
In some lights, it looks a bit like Salisbury Plain
Trail saw 50km of forestry roads, then some wonderful open vistas over the moorland, and back into forests for slightly rougher stuff (nothing technical enough to trouble a boxer twin, but I was standing rather than sitting). Lunch and petrol in Kupres and hopped on to WiFi (no free data roaming now I'm outside the EU).

Literally, like navigating a mine field. Sobering.

Not yours.

Big yellow machine.  Two British exports...
Then some "pulver" (fine, powdery sand) roads to Ramsko Resevoir which was looking pretty dry. The pulver made for an odd ride, which combined with the effect of full vs empty fuel tanks had me checking my tyre pressure twice.
Resevoir is looking pretty dry.
Then road and motorway diversion to Sarajevo. Day off tomorrow!
Capital beckons.
